At Coastal Care Vitality, we didn’t just launch another primary care practice — we designed it from the ground up to move beyond reactive medicine. Our mission is to provide proactive, personalized care that preserves vitality, prevents decline, and helps you age with strength and confidence.

Dr. Shonna McGee
Dr. McGee earned her medical degree in 2007, completed her residency at Mercer University in 2010, and her fellowship at Memorial University Medical Center. For the past 15 years, she has practiced internal medicine right here in Savannah.
She is honored to be part of a primary care practice that redefines what healthcare can be — proactive, personal, and rooted in true wellness. “Our membership model gives me the time to connect with and focus on the whole person, so I can not only treat illness but also prevent it. Internal medicine should be forward-looking, preserving vitality, mobility, and cognitive strength through every stage of life.”
Blair Sewell, FNP
Blair serves both as a provider for Coastal Care Vitality and as the lead NP for MD on Demand, our innovative hybrid house call service combining virtual visits with in-home nursing support.
A Savannah native, Blair brings a strong background in pediatrics and school nursing, having served at Memorial Health in pediatric hematology/oncology and as the school nurse at Blessed Sacrament Catholic School.
She is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Blair is married with four children and enjoys boating, time with family and friends, and hanging out with her dog, Tucker.
Ansley Powell, WHNP
Ansley earned her Bachelor of Nursing from the College of Coastal Georgia and spent four years as a NICU and High-Risk Perinatal Nurse. In 2019, she received her Master of Nursing from the University of South Alabama, specializing in Women’s Health. She is board-certified by the National Certification Corporation.
Throughout her career, Ansley has provided comprehensive OBGYN care at Women’s Care at Memorial Health Medical Center. Recently, she has also trained in Aesthetic Medicine, driven by her passion for creating a space dedicated to Women’s Wellness and Medical Aesthetics.
At Coastal Care Vitality, she blends advanced aesthetic treatments and holistic wellness services to support both inner vitality and outer glow—from hormone balancing to customized aesthetic procedures—all tailored to promote long-term well-being.
Karen Osterman, NP
Karen brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, with a background in both clinical nursing and healthcare finance. She shares our commitment to reimagining the healthcare experience through energy, service, and innovation.
Before joining Coastal Care Partners, Karen served as Director of Revenue, Coding, and Compliance at The Neurological Institute of Savannah. She began her healthcare career as a registered nurse at Memorial Health University Medical Center, later working in the pharmaceutical industry with Novartis and Aventis, where she earned multiple awards including the Presidential and International Sales Awards.
Karen returned to clinical care as a Neurosurgical Nurse Practitioner before transitioning into leadership roles. She holds two Master of Science degrees from Georgia Southern University—one in Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) and one as a Clinical Nurse Specialist—and a B.S. in Nursing. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

We accept insurance — including Medicare — for all medical services. Your membership fee covers enhanced access, extended visits, and wellness planning. You’ve earned your benefits — and we’re here to help you get the most from them.
